OPENING TIMES, VISITS, BRINGING DONATIONS, DROP-INS AND OUR PRIVACY:

For the safety and security of our animals, drop ins and visits are NOT permitted.
Only on appointment with Stacey or Sten.

We do not have opening times as we are NOT A PETFARM OR AN OPEN PLACE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

We do get incredibly much requests for visits daily and we fully understand why it would be great for visitors to do tours, meet us and the animals.

But the reality is that this is our home and safe haven where we are the only ones that can hold space for the many vulnerable animals in our care. They need a calm, peaceful place of trust and safety to recover and heal.
However well-meant and romantically the idea is, honestly visits are always a stressful event for many of our animals so we choose to only refer to the carefully organised open days for visits as we need to then manage and re-divide the animals in their own home differently to guarantee safety for everyone, with our animals on the 1st place.

On top of that, we work fulltime as self-employed gardeners/poolmaintenance and contruction workers on top of all we have all over the island to donate our full weges back into RF to fill the financial gab every month because of the exorbitant costs we face constantly.

Thank you for your understanding.
